Tami Ross, RD, LD, CDE, MLDE – is an award-winning, nationally recognized diabetes and nutrition expert who served as 2013 President of the American Association of Diabetes Educators. Tami is a key opinion leader and consultant for the health, food, pharmaceutical and device industries in the diabetes, nutrition, and wellness arenas.

Tami has authored 9 books, and more than 100 articles for professional and consumer publications. Her best-selling books include What Do I Eat Now? A Step by Step Guide to Eating Right with Type 2 Diabetes (American Diabetes Association, 2015) and Diabetes Meals on $7 a Day – or Less! (American Diabetes Association, 2007).

With a passion for translating science into practice through positive, practical, evidence-based messages, Tami is a sought-after speaker for meetings of professional and community organizations. She is a national spokesperson for the American Association of Diabetes Educators and has deep experience sharing and engaging via webinars, Twitter Chats, and satellite media tours.
